These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Rocket Tint business management application and related tools (the "Software"), operated by Rocket Tint LLC ("Rocket Tint," "we," "us"). By accessing or using the Software, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
Rocket Tint grants its authorized owners, employees, and contractors a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Software solely to operate Rocket Tint's window-tinting and window-film business. The Software is licensed, not sold.
Access is limited to individuals Rocket Tint authorizes. You agree to use the Software only for legitimate business purposes and not to: share access with unauthorized parties; copy, resell, sublicense, or distribute the Software; reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive its source code; interfere with its operation or security; or use it in violation of any applicable law.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify Rocket Tint immediately of any unauthorized access. Rocket Tint may create, suspend, or remove user accounts at its discretion.
With proper authorization, the Software connects to third-party services — including Intuit QuickBooks Online (accounting), Stripe (payments), and Twilio (text messaging) — to sync invoices, customers, payments, and related records. Your use of those services is also governed by their respective terms. Information handled through the Software is treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Business and customer data entered into the Software belongs to Rocket Tint. Rocket Tint is responsible for the accuracy of the data it enters and for using the Software in compliance with its obligations to its own customers.
Rocket Tint and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all related intellectual property. These Terms grant a license to use the Software, not any ownership interest in it.
The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Rocket Tint does not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rocket Tint and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to use of the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Rocket Tint may suspend or terminate access to the Software at any time, with or without notice. Provisions concerning ownership, confidentiality, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.
Rocket Tint may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in St. Louis County, Missouri.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
